Is there a contract or sign-up fee?

No contracts and no sign-up fees. You can start or stop at any time. We earn when you earn — that's how we stay motivated to find you the best loads.

How does the percentage-based pricing work?

We charge a percentage of the gross load revenue we book for you. If we book a $2,000 load on the Solo Driver plan, our fee is $160. You keep the rest. No hidden fees.

Do I have to accept every load you find?

Absolutely not. We operate on a no-forced-dispatch policy. You review every load before we confirm it. If it doesn't work for you, we keep looking.

What equipment types do you dispatch?

We dispatch dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, and power-only operations. If you're not sure if your equipment qualifies, reach out and we'll let you know.

How quickly can I get started?

Most carriers are onboarded and running loads within 24–48 hours of signing up. We just need your MC number, equipment details, and preferred lanes.

What if I'm not happy with the service?

We'd rather fix the problem than lose you. Reach out to your dispatcher or our support team and we'll make it right. And if it's still not working, you can cancel anytime — no penalties.
